Join me and Danea from Kula Yoga for a tender exploration of how grief lives in the body and how gently guided Yin Yoga, reflection, and compassionate coaching can help us meet it with grace. During a mindfully guided afternoon, you’ll recognize how grief shows up physically and emotionally, release judgment, and invite softness into your process.
Time will begin at The Kula Collective with warm tea, cozy blankets, and discussion led by Julie to define and understand grief. Together as a group, you’ll honor each person’s unique grief, pause for presence, and discover how grace becomes the bridge between sorrow and gratitude — reminding us that healing unfolds not through effort, but through breath, awareness, and compassion.
You'll then travel downstairs to the Leonard studio for an embodied Yin Yoga practice, led by Danea, and intended to help release held grief from the body.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and optional journal and pen. Wear comfortable clothes and layers that you can easily move in.
Cost is $35 / $26 for members of Kula
