Yin & Grief: A Gentle Journey Through Loss and Grace
Join Danea and Julie Hirt, trauma-informed grief coach, for a tender exploration of how grief lives in the body and how gently guided Yin Yoga, reflection, and compassionate coaching can help us meet it with grace. During a mindfully guided afternoon, you’ll recognize how grief shows up physically and emotionally, release judgment, and invite softness into your process.

Online Series - Grief, Grace & Gratitude: Healing Through Grief with the Wisdom of Horses
Grief touches all of us—through the loss of loved ones, animals, relationships, dreams, or aspects of ourselves. This unique 6-part online series (via Zoom) includes a live video connection to the herd, who will be actively offering energetic support while Julie Hirt and Anna Marie Ellison guide you through grief recovery exercises, body and energy integration, group connection and discussion. Participants will be invited to soften into their grief, find meaning within their sorrow, and begin the process of integration and renewal all while being supported by both coaches and the herd. No horse or energy healing experience is needed—just a willingness to be open, supported, and witnessed.

During a Soul Level Animal Communication (30-minutes) reading, you can ask your animals (alive or in-spirit) any question you’d like. You’ll also learn how your pet, whether alive or in-spirit, is working with you for your own growth and expansion. Mini Animal Communication sessions (15 minutes) may also be scheduled.
I will also be offering readings with your Spirit Guides to learn how you can move forward in any area of your life. Guide Team sessions will be available for 30 and 15 minutes.
