Emotional Brilliance!
I am joining forces with Danea Mather from Kula Yoga for a Yin Yoga class series dedicated to learning about your energy body through the lens of the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each extended practice include group learning and discussion about a targeted meridian to understand its location in the body, impact on the psyche, signs of balance and imbalance, associated emotions, and how to use your yoga practice and intuitive guidance to understand and clear blockages.
Online Series - Grief, Grace & Gratitude: Healing Through Grief with the Wisdom of Horses
Grief touches all of us—through the loss of loved ones, animals, relationships, dreams, or aspects of ourselves. This unique 6-part online series (via Zoom) includes a live video connection to the herd, who will be actively offering energetic support while Julie Hirt and Anna Marie Ellison guide you through grief recovery exercises, body and energy integration, group connection and discussion. Participants will be invited to soften into their grief, find meaning within their sorrow, and begin the process of integration and renewal all while being supported by both coaches and the herd. No horse or energy healing experience is needed—just a willingness to be open, supported, and witnessed.

Growth Within Grief Support Suite
A Spiritually Guided Online Space for Women Experiencing Grief offering a compassionate collection of resources to help you honor your pain, understand your grief, and reconnect with yourself. The Suite brings together eight women across a range of holistic modalities, including grief coaching, equine experiential healing, yoga and breath work, hypnotherapy, astrology, human design, light language, intuitive support, and guidance on how our animal companions continue to support us through grief and healing.

Yin & Grief: A Gentle Journey Through Loss and Grace
