Grief touches all of us—through the loss of loved ones, animals, relationships, dreams, or aspects of ourselves. This unique 4-part online series (via Zoom) includes a live video connection to the herd, who will be actively offering energetic support while Julie Hirt and Anna Marie Ellison guide you through grief recovery exercises, body and energy integration, group connection and discussion. Participants will be invited to soften into their grief, find meaning within their sorrow, and begin the process of integration and renewal all while being supported by both coaches and the herd. No horse or energy healing experience is needed—just a willingness to be open, supported, and witnessed.
